Millcreek Town Center is a regional-community shopping center that provides commercial and retail opportunities to the Battle Ground community. The project features both large and small tenants including local, regional, and national companies including Walmart, Red Robin, MOD Pizza, Wendy's, Panda Express, Menchies, and many more. Conveniently located on Highway 503 and Scotton Way, the project is in the center of rapidly growing Clark County, Washington and the dynamic city of Battle Ground.

Millcreek Town Center was developed using extensive environmental and ecological best practices. Approximately 40% of the project is dedicated for wetland preservation and enhancement including stream rehabilitation. Through careful planning and design, the project not only restored sensitive wetland areas, but improved those areas by creating a permanent wetland environment. The end result is a project that enhances the economic and commercial opportunities for the community while protecting and improving the unique environmental characteristics of the area. 

Millcreek Town Center was developed by Principal Properties, LLC.
